Information you provide

AI Can Help collects the contact, business, workflow, budget, and technology information you submit through an assessment or provide during an engagement. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, confidential customer records, or regulated information unless we have agreed on an appropriate process first.

How it is used

Your information is used to evaluate your workflow, research and prepare recommendations, communicate with you, provide secure portal access, and manage services you request. Internal research notes are not placed in the client-facing portal.

Service providers

Notion supports assessment intake and internal records; Supabase supports secure portal access; Stripe handles payments; Calendly supports scheduling; and email providers deliver access and service messages. Those providers process information under their own privacy terms.

Sharing and retention

AI Can Help does not sell your personal information. Information may be shared with service providers when needed to operate the assessment, portal, payment, or scheduling process, or when required by law. Records are retained as needed to provide services, maintain business records, resolve issues, and meet legal obligations.

Your choices

You may ask to review, correct, or delete information that is not required for an active engagement or legal recordkeeping. Contact AI Can Help with a privacy request.
